Late Divya Vinai Shah
04 Mar 1965 – 10 Sep 2024
Aged 59, Divya passed away peacefully in her sleep in the morning hours on Tuesday, 10 September 2024. Divya Vinai Shah (Hounslow), leaves behind a loving family, husband, Vinai – (Hounslow), Sister-in-laws, Seema (Atlanta, USA) and Sejal (Switzerland) and their families, Mother, Ramilaben (Zimbabwe), Sister, Pratibha (Kenya), Brothers, Ajit (Zimbabwe) and Chandrajit (Australia) and their families.
Divya was the third child (daughter) of late Dahyabhai Devabhai and Ramilaben Dahyabhai Patel, born in Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia, (know known as Harare, Zimbabwe). Her innate spirituality, generosity, gentleness, humbleness and carefree upbringing made her a pleasure to be with, within her extended family and friends.
In Feb 1988, she got married to Vinai Sobhagchand Shah and moved to Hounslow, UK.
Due to her entire life’s mission based on one purpose “how may I serve and help others with God’s knowledge”, she settled quickly and always found herself surrounded with loving and harmonious relationships. Her passion was to be present in every moment and she never ever looked back in life with regret nor was she ever worried about any future mishaps. Other passions which she loved sharing with everyone was performing Bharatnatyam Dancing, Spirituality, Meditation, Motivational Speaking, IT Training, Cooking, especially cakes and different meal dishes. Divya authored a book about her learnings and understanding of Spirituality titled “The Soul Frequencies – The roadmap to unconditional living”.
Her readiness to learn, travel, meet and make friends, and her humbleness, simplicity, always left, whom she met, with clarity, happier and joyful.
Divya’s, ability to forgive and forget any past hurt, enriched her to continue with life, no matter what she faced, when she was diagnosed with lung cancer in Nov 2022. She never complained and her smile brought so much happiness to everyone. Her attitude to appreciate each and everyone shined.
