It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sad passing away of Shantaben Devchand Devshi Shah of London.
Loving wife of Late Devchand Devshi Dodhia.
Born in Khara Beraja, India she was the daughter of the Late Lakhamshi Ladha Galaiya and Late Puriben Lakhamshi Galaiya.
Daughter-in-law of Late Devshi Pancha Dodhia & Late Deviben Devshi Dodhia.
Loving mother/mother-in-law of Kanchan & Late Dinesh, Hema & Late Sham, Late Nimi & Dhiru, Ashwin & Rekha, Rasik & Krishna, Late Mina & Nipul, Bagesh & Rita, Vijay & Trushi
Doting grandmother to Late Sapna/ Suzzane & Manish, Sheena & Orion, Sital & Nandini, Hemina & Jay, Avina, Nihar & Drupti, Darshan, Late Deepesh, Rikesh & Poonam, Late Anand, Ronak, Deeshal, Sagar & Saloni, Ami & Rohan, Miren & Anjali & Sona.
Great grandmother to Kyle, Aaniya, Kian, Ellision, Kenia, Karan, Aryan, Nina, Priam, Diyani, Priyen, Diya & Little Bubba.
Sister/sister in law to Late Ramji Lakhamshi & Late Vejiben, Late Kunverben/Padmaben & Late Hirji Jivraj, Late Velji Lakhamshi & Late Amritben, Late Kankuben & Late Lakhamshi Ramji, Late Raichand Lakhamshi (R.L.Shah) & Kasturben.
She was also the sister-in-law to Late Late Vidhubhai & Late Amritben, Late Lakhamshibhai & Late Puriben, Late Laljibhai & Late Kasturben, Late Maniben/Monghiben Late Nathubhai.
Baa was caring and loving for all, a devoted Jain throughout her life. She enjoyed life’s simplest pleasures, and nothing made her happier than gathering the family. She welcomed her visitors with open arms and always made sure they received the love for her friends and family.
She lived her life to the fullest and was a proud and loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, auntie, and friend.
Our Baa leaves behind a great legacy. She’s led a long happy life with her friends and family. One of her recent highlights was congratulations from our King and Queen for reaching 100 years.
She will be missed by us all and may her soul get Sadgati and attain Moksh.
