Event T&Cs

Please note the following applies to all OAUK Events

  1. If you purchase a OAUK member rate ticket you will be asked to show your membership card at the door to gain entry. If you fail to show your membership card, you will have to pay non-member rate and/or will be refused entry to the event.
  2. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to make any changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances. Any surplus from the event will go towards the Oshwal General Funds.
  3. Please note photographs and videos may be taken at this event, and by attending you are giving permission to Oshwal Association of the UK for your image to be used in any post-event publication such as Oshwal News magazine, our Website and/or other media channels.
  4. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated.
  5. Oshwal Association of the UK takes no responsibility for any injury or loss/damage of property.
