– Parents must ensure they notify OAUK of any changes to the information given on the form
– Parents must make arrangements for children to be brought to/from the event safely & on time
– OAUK does not take responsibility for any damage or loss of clothing or personal items
– Parents should ensure children have appropriate clothing for the duration of the event
