Late Kantaben Harilal Dharamshi Shah
1931 –2020
It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of our Nani, Mrs Kantaben Harilal Shah on Wednesday 2nd December 2020, at the age of 89 years in Harrow, UK.
Nani was born in Nairobi, Kenya, in 1931. After marriage in 1946 she lived in Mombasa (Kenya), Nairobi (Kenya) and Harrow (UK).
Nani was: –
Daughter of Late Puriben and Late Meghji Karman Malde
Wife of Late Harilal Dharamshi Kachra Shah
Daughter-In-Law of Late Monghiben and Late Dharamshi Kachra Shah
Mother to: Neela and Late Ajay
Mother in law to Ashwin Hemraj Lallji Shah
Grandmother to: Lekha / Milan, Chandni / Neel, Bansi
Great Grandmother to Kian
Sister and Sister in Law to: Late Prabhulal / Champaben, Lilavanti / Late Chaganlal.
Our Nani will be dearly missed. Always with a smiling face and content, calm nature. She was a very sociable, resilient, caring and loving person who enjoyed being around people. She has left us with many wonderful memories and lots of happy times to look back on.
Due to COVID-19, sadri or prayers will not be held.
We kindly request you to say a prayer in memory of Mrs Kantaben Harilal Shah.
A private funeral will be held and attended by close family.
