He was brother-in-law of: Late Rambhiben (late Lalchand), late Muktaben (late Gulabchand), Madhuben (Shashikant), Taraben (late Mansukhlal), Late Jayantilal Mulchand (late Vijyaben)
He was uncle to: Dilip Mohanlal (Vimla), Nilam Mohanlal (Hasmukh), Rashmita Shantilal (Pankaj), Bindu Mohanlal (Dipak), Dipti Shantilal (Shirish), Anil Kachra (Jyoti), Niril Kachra (Vasanti), Anju (Chandrakant), Sheila (Sunil), Dina (Amit)
