MANAGING PAIN

Aches and pains are often symptoms of many common conditions – flu being the most well-known that can cause body aches. Aches can also be caused by your everyday life, especially if you are stressed, stand, walk or seat for long periods of time.
In this session we are joined by Dr Anuja Shah – a general practitioner with 25 years of experience and Menka Patel – senior community physio therapist for Brent. They will talk about when to seek help, how to help yourself, what help is available and how gentle exercise can also be a boost in managing everyday aches and pains.
