Late Shantaben Bhaichand Shah
07/10/1942 – 30/04/2023
It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved grandmother and mother on 30th April 2023 at the age of 80.
Shantaben was born in India, Goinj and moved to Uganda where she married the Late Bhaichand Dhanraj Sumaria Shah. They moved to the UK and settled in Perth, Scotland in 1972 and thereafter in Hounslow, West London.
Shantaben was:
Daughter of Late Mohanlal Khimji Vora and Late Valibai Mohanlal Khimji Vora
Daughter in law to Late Mr & Mrs Dhanraj Vardhman Shah
Wife to Late Bhaichand Dhanraj Sumaria Shah
Mother (Mother in Law) to Priti (Sanjay), Urvashi (Sanjay), and Umesh (Kalpana)
Grandmother to Hasita, Kajal, Hema, and Josh
Sister (Sister in Law) to Late Keshavlal (Suryakalaben), Jayaben (Late Premchand), Gulabchand (Kanchanben), Kanchanben (Shantilal), and Lataben (Pravin)
Sister in law to Late Manglaben (Amratlal), Nirmalaben (Late Zaverchand), Late Dinesh (Madhuben), Late Sarojben (Late Ramniklal), Taramatiben (Rashik), Sarlaben (Dilip), and Menaldevi (Shashi)
Her beloved family and friends will dearly miss her.
She was hard working, determined and the pillar of our family.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
Shradhanjali will be held on Wednesday 3rd May 2023
