It is with deep regret and sorrow, that we announce the sudden death in London of Rameshchandra Khetshi Dharamshi Shah on Wednesday 27 November 2024. Rameshbhai born in Nairobi, Kenya, lived in Nairobi and London.
Beloved Son of Late Jasodaben and Late Khetshi Dharamshi Bhima Shah (Gudka) of Nairobi.
Devoted husband to Bhanumati (Bhanu), son in law of Late Jamnaben and Late Kanji Gangji Shah (Nagaria).
Loving Father of Dharmina, Ravi and Seema.
Brother (Brother-in-law) of Mansukhlal & Vijuben (Nairobi, Mahendra & Anilaben (Nairobi), Kokilaben (Nairobi), Arunaben & Vijay (Nairobi), Nilamben & Bharat (London), Kirtiben & Paresh (London) and Sadhnaben (Perth).
Nephew to Pankajmama (Bachu) & Ranjanmami.
Grandson of Vershi Hemraj & Puriben, Dharamshi Bhima (Gagva, India) & Puriben.
Uncle to Khiral & Mehul, Sonali & Neel, Simal & Meera, Vivek, Silma & Binit, Nilima & Sagar, Sarika, Sunyal & Aseem.
Brother-in-law of Late Sobhag & Manchhaben, Vinay and Shantaben, Amritlal (Amu) & late Kanchanben, Nimuben & late Veljibhai, and Bhartiben & Mahendra (MJ) – all of London.

A truly great Humanitarian and Philanthropist, a lover of athletics, cricket and many sports, an encyclopaedia of knowledge on so many subjects, devoted to community service and charitable work. Rameshbhai has nurtured a great legacy and we all cherish his memories for decades to come.
