Annual General Meeting Notice
To the Members of the Oshwal Association of the UK,
Please take notice that the 55th Annual General Meeting shall take place on Sunday 17th May 2026 at 2.00pm at L.V. Hall, Oshwal Centre, Coopers Lane Road, Northaw, EN6 4DG.
In accordance with revised the Regulations we need anyone interested in being returning officers to conduct the elections to send their details (including full name and Oshwal membership number) by email to secretary@oshwal.org.
In keeping with Jain principles and promoting greener ways of working, you can request after 1st May 2026 our annual report, audited financial statements, SGM and AGM meeting minutes online by visiting: https://oshwal.org.uk/request-for-reports-55th-agm-2026 or alternatively call the Admin Office if you cannot request it online.
You can also download the nomination forms for the Office Bearers and the Board of Advisors (BOA) by visiting https://oshwal.org.uk/nomination-forms/. Please note the completed Nomination Form MUST be received by recorded delivery addressed to the Executive Committee at the Registered Office by no later than Saturday, 9th May 2026.

Please bring your OAUK membership card with you for identification. The Executive Committee reserves the right to withhold admittance to anyone who is unable to provide adequate proof of his or her membership. You will be able to obtain replacement cards from the office.
