Time: 7pm to 10pm

To: East Area Members of Oshwal Association of the UK,

Please take NOTICE that the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Oshwal Association of the UK, East area, shall take place on Saturday, 6th June 2026 at ATAM ACADEMY, LITTLE HEATH, BARLEY LANE, CHADWELL HEATH, ESSEX, RM6 4XX (Entrance from the Little Heath, through the barrier next to the entrance of the Redbridge College ) to transact the following business:

Start time of registration: 7.00 pm (please bring your OAUK membership card) most important. Meeting to commence: 8.00 pm sharp (after refreshments)

The AGENDA for the meeting will be as follows: 

  1. Prayers & Welcome by the Chairperson of the East Area of the Oshwal Association of the UK
  2. Apologies for Absence
  3. Approval of the Minutes of the 50th Annual General Meeting held on 10th May, 2025
  4. Matters Arising from the Minutes of the 50th Annual General Meeting held on 10th May 2025
  5. Report of the Area Secretary
  6. Report of the Area Treasurer for the year ending 31st December 2025
  7. Youth Report
  8. Address by the Honorary President (or EC Representative)
  9. Any Other Business
  10. Election of Returning Officer
  11. Elections of Area four Office Bearers followed by Committee
