On the 13th May 2023, at the Special General Meeting, a resolution was approved by the members to change the constitution to allow notices for meetings to be sent by electronic means where the member has opted in to receive it by this means.
The reason for the change is to ensure we are following our Jain principles of saving the environment, saving postage costs, and saving money for the association that can be used for more worthwhile causes.
Where a member of a household has opted in to receive notices by electronic mail, the notice will be deemed to have been served to the household via this means, whether or not the other members in the household have opted in.
You can also add the details of other members in your household who may want to receive a copy by electronic means provided you have their permission to provide their details.
