To:   North East Area Members of Oshwal Association of the UK,

NOTICE is hereby given that the 52nd Annual General Meeting of the Oshwal Association of the UK, North East area, shall take place on Sunday 24th May 2026 at Oshwal House, Coopers Lane Road, Northaw, Hertfordshire, EN6 4DG.

Start time of registration: 1.30pm (please bring your OAUK membership card)

Meeting to commence:  2.00pm (followed by refreshments)

  1. Prayers & Welcome by the Chairperson of North East Area of Oshwal Association of the UK
  2. Apologies for Absence
  3. Election of Returning Officers
  4. Approval of the Minutes of the 51st Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 8th June 2025
  5. Matters Arising from the Minutes of the 51st Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 8th June 2025
  6. Report of the Area Secretary
  7. Treasurer’s Report for the year ending 31st December 2025
  8. Report by North East Area Chair
  9. Address by the Honorary President
  10. Any Other Business
  11. Dissolution of the Area committee
  12. Elections of Area Committee members
  13. Address by newly elected North East Area Chair

N.B. If you wish to be appointed Returning Officer (RO), please send an email to the Secretary prior to the AGM. As RO, your role would be to ensure that the election is administered effectively and that, as a result, the experience of voters and those standing for election is a positive one.
