A practical workshop for youngsters during the school holidays!

We welcome 11 year old Master Tanav Shah and his mum Deepa (both yoga teachers). They will lead the practical session with Dr Mukul Shah explaining the link between Yoga and Jainism. https://youtu.be/s385zLFKDOA

Special Guided chaityavandan in derasar. The session will energise, build resilience and help you achieve your goals – and there’s a delicious Jain lunch to enjoy afterwards *Limited places. Attendance is by registration in advance only.

Teenagers and young families are very welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
