East area monthly programme on Saturday was on 28th July 2018, at St. John’s Hall, Seven Kings, Essex. IG3 8EU. and had large members attendance. We had the main dinner of Bhel, soft drinks and the dessert of mixed fruits and Ice Cream. Food was prepared by Lataben, Bhartiben and Manjulaben. Everyone enjoyed the tasty and healthy meal and then we played Bingo.
Lalitaben and Bhartiben gave tickets to everyone and started the game of Bingo. Bingo was played with no prizes and the winners were Milaben, Vijaybhai and Jethabhai.
Announcements were made by our Chairman Kishorbhai regarding the celebrations of the 50th anniversary at the Oshwal Centre, and as it coincides with our monthly program, so the next monthly program will be cancelled on 25th August 2018. He requested everyone to take part in the celebrations and visit Oshwal Centre during this time.
After two games of Bingo, we had an hour left to the members so they played cards and everyone enjoyed looking forward to the next event.
What we missed were the youth generation not taking part in Oshwal Activities, and depriving their children from our community and in activities.
