Pilates : Series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination. It strengthens and tones the abdominal muscles, back, and pelvic floor, contributing to better posture and reduced risk of injury. Pilates improves flexibility and joint mobility, enhancing overall physical performance. The precise, controlled movements in Pilates also boost body awareness and coordination.
Suitable for anyone aged 8+ with some previous dance experience.

If you are under 18 , your parents will need to fill in the form and consent to you attending.
