✨ About the Class
Pilates is a series of controlled floor‑based exercises that use gravity and your own body weight to build strength and stability. The focus is on conditioning the deeper supporting muscles to improve posture, balance, and coordination.
Benefits include:

Suitable for: Anyone aged 8+ with some previous dance experience.
