“I work as a People Development Partner in the logistics and supply chain industry. Working for Wincanton now part of GXO. I joined on the Graduate programme and have been with the company several years, having moved around the business in various roles. I have completed my CIPD qualification, and now specialising in learning and development. I aim to support, retain and develop our existing talent, as well as bringing in the next generation of leaders through the entry talent programmes, whilst being involved in EDI initiatives. I have a strategic focus on building future-ready talent and fostering innovation across technical disciplines. Outside of this, I aim to support people from all different backgrounds to help in their career journeys.”
