During our ESSC session on 19 Feb 2021, we had a special fitness session coached by Lavina Mehta MBE, who is a well-known personal trainer and wellness coach.
The workout covered her “feel good prescription” of mobility, strength training, cardio and stretch with a bit of dancing to fabulous music thrown in.
The workout was challenging, fun and just what was needed after a long week hunched over a computer.
Thank you to Lavina for inspiring us to get fit in a fun way.
