Jai Jinendra and Jai Shri Krishna
It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother; Chandrakala Bachulal Mehta, wife of Late Bachulal Dayalji Mehta, on Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
Chandrakalaben was born on 6th April 1940 in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Daughter of Jagjivan Odhavji Sheth and Maniben Jagjivan Sheth. She was one of 5 siblings. After getting married she resided Mombasa, Kenya. Chandrakalaben then moved to Southampton and finally retired in London.
Family was the centre of her world, and her love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was evident in all that she did. She treasured every gathering, every celebration, and every moment spent with those she loved. Her faith, love, and strength carried her through life and touched everyone around her. She leaves behind a legacy of devotion and togetherness that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Our family is heartbroken and taking time to grieve and remember her. She passed away peacefully with her family beside her.
She was a devout daughter, wife, mother, grandparent, great grandmother, sister & aunt.
