He was son of late Meghji Vira Chheda and late Puribhen Meghi Chheda.
He was son in law of late Ramji Khetshi and late Monghiben and late Santokben Ramji
He was husband of late Shantiben (Kantaben) Chandulal Shah
He was father of Kaylashben, Smita Dipak, Madhu Harish, Bhupesh and Dipak
He was father in law of Dipak Khimji, Harish Zaverchand, Surma Bhupesh and Sejal Dipak.
He was grandfather of Parin, Reena, Milan, Nihal, Deepa, Diva and Jaini
He was Grandfather in law of Paula Parin Shah
He was brother of late Amratben (Swan Kisumu), late Chhanglalbhai, late Devchandbhai, late Jayaben Velji, Premchanbhai, Gulabchandbhai, Lataben Bhimji (BIDCO), Late Premchand Kachra, Keshavji Kachra, Jayantilal Kacha
He was brother in law of Lalitaben Liladhar, Late Savitaben Manilal, Vrajlal Ramji, Late Babulal Ramji, Induben Mahesh, Sailesh Ramji
