Late Deepanjali Shah
25 August 1973 – 31 October 2025
It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness we announce the passing of Deepa Shah who left us peacefully on Friday 31st October 2025, in London.
She was the treasured daughter of Ranjan and Amritlal (Veni) Nemchand Shah.
She was a cherished sister to Sheetal and Shreeti and sister-in-law to Sanjay and Darshan.
She was an affectionate and playful masi to Anjali and Shaan.
She was profoundly cared for by Cristina, Nadejda, Marinela and Eva.
She had deep and enduring bonds with numerous uncles, aunties and cousins.
Deepa’s brave and gentle spirit touched all who met her. Despite the multiple challenges she faced with her disability, she lived each day with an incredible zest for life, meeting each obstacle with courage, dignity, and an unbreakable strength of spirit and mental fortitude.
Her laughter, determination, and love for those around her, serves to remind us of the power of resilience and hope. Deepa has spent her life teaching what few can, the quiet strength of gentleness, the power of pure love, and the grace of a soul whose light never dimmed but continued to shine bright.
We are grateful to family, friends and the wider community for the outpouring of love and immense support during this period.
At this difficult juncture, the family would like to request no home visits please.
Sadadi will not be held.
