It is with deepest sadness and regret that we announce the death of Gita Shah on Wednesday 10Th July 2024 of London.
She was Wife to Virchand (Babu) Velji Shah.
Born in Kagundo, Kenya, she was daughter to Late Nathoo Kachra Shah and Late Jamnaben Nathoo Kachra Shah.
She was Daughter -in-Law to Late Velji Kachra Sumaria Shah and Late Santokben Velji Sumaria Shah.
She was Mother to Jeenal and Ashika and Mother-in-law to Rajal.
She was Sister & Sister-in-Law to Ramesh (Indira), Hasmukh (Kusum), Ramila, Late Chandrakant (Hershida) and Hitesh.
She was Sister-in-Law to Late Nyalchand (Late Ansuyaben), Mancha (Late Dinesh), Manugauri (Late Shanti), Sarla (Suresh), Ramesh (Manju), Sudha (Late Jayanti), Jaya & Veena (Sobhag).
She was Grandmother to Riyaan & Avhi.
Gita was a devoted, loving and dedicated wife, caring mother and playful grandmother. She worked very hard through her adult life. She was kind, patient and would always take the time to help whenever she could. She was the backbone of our family.
Gita … You will always be in our minds and in our hearts.

Funeral will be held on 21st July 2024 at 12pm Golders Green Crematorium
