It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr. Hansraj Gosar Devshi Shah (Gaam – Dantta), of Nakuru and formerly of Mombasa, on Friday, 14th November 2025, in Nairobi, Kenya.

He was Son of Late Gosar Devshi & Late Bhamiben & Laxmiben.

He was Son-in-law of Late Somchand Khetshi & Late Makuben Khetshi.

He was Husband of Kasturben Hansraj Shah.

He was Father of Illa, Abhay, Nitin, Sanjiv and Poonam.

He was Father-in-Law of Late Ravindra Mohanlal, Rita Abhay, Divya Nitin, Rashmi Sanjiv and Chetan Dalichand.

He was Brother & Brother-in-Law of Vinodbhai & Ranjanben, Late Rameshbhai, Kiranbhai.

He was Brother-in-law of Pushpaben (Velji Devraj) – UK, Nirmalaben (Late Chandrakant Kanji) – Nakuru, Late Champaben (Late Jaychand Panachand) – UK, Jashodaben (Shantilal Devraj) – UK, Meenaben (Naresh Hirji) – UK.

He was Grandfather of Rajvi, Bhavisha (Harish), Raj (Rachita), Keval (Tejal), Bhavik, Janki, Naman, Harshi, Maanav, Devina and Roshni.

He was Great-Grandfather of Tehya, Tanay, Suraj, Arya, Aiden and Raaja.

He was Uncle and friends to many.

The final respects will take place on Sunday, 16th November 2025 from 9:30am to 11:30am at the Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy (behind Jalaram Temple, Nakuru Nairobi Highway).

The Cortege will leave for the crematorium from Shah Lalji Nangpar Academy (behind Jalaram Temple, Nakuru Nairobi Highway) on Sunday, 16th November 2025 at 11:30am and cremation will take place at the Hindu Crematorium, Nakuru at 12:00pm.

Hansrajbhai’s Cornea were donated to the Kanubhai Babla Lions National Eye Bank
