It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Harakhchand Jivraj Shah (Bachubhai) on 06th June 2020.
Born on 13th February 1938 in Makindi, Kenya.
Formally of E. A. Drapers Ltd, Nairobi and lately Top-Op Foods Ltd, London.
He was son of Late Jivraj Mepa Shah and Late Lilaben Jivraj, and son-in-law of Late Makanji Jivraj Gada and Late Jethiben Makanji.
Beloved husband of Vimlaben Harakhchand Shah, father to Manish and Toral, and Father-in-law to Tejal and Dharmesh.
Grandfather to Sajni and Meghna.
He was brother and brother-in-law to Amritlal (Babu) and Shardaben, Manjulaben and Late Dilipkumar, Late Bhanumati and Liladhar, Shashi (Babu) and Gulzar, Dalipkumar and Jyoti, Late Vanita and Harakhchand, Raxa and Mahilesh.
He was brother-in-law to Pushpa and Harakhchand (Mohan), Manguben and Harakhchand, Aruna and Ramesh, Shantilal and Dinumati, Hansa and Amritlal.
Always friendly and full of life, he was loved by his entire family and friends. Bachubhai will be dearly missed.
Whilst he’s physically away from us he will never be forgotten, and our memories of him will remain with us eternally. He loved his James Bond movies, ice cream, playing cards spicy food cooked by his wife and hot chai with every meal.
Due to these challenging times, we regret that there cannot be a saddadi for all to attend, but request that you please recite three Navkar Mantras to make this journey peaceful and happy.
