Late Kasturben Jivraj Shah

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs Kasturben Jivraj Shah.
Beloved wife of the Late Jivraj Makanji Shah.
Cherished mother of Mohan Shah, Yasmin Sameja, and Kanti Shah.
A devoted and loving grandmother who adored her grandchildren and brought immense joy to their lives.
Born in Vadaria, Kasturben later moved to Kenya, where she and the Late Jivraj Makanji Shah nurtured their family. In 1972, she settled in Leicester, UK, where she continued to spread love and joy.
Kasturben was a truly radiant individual, whose smile could light up any room. Her warmth and positivity were infectious, and she touched the lives of everyone she met.
She was deeply caring, always placing the needs of others before her own. Kasturben had a passion for cooking and loved sharing her handmade treats. Those fortunate enough to visit her home would enjoy her famous biscuits and cherish the memory of her hospitality for years to come.
The family has decided not to hold a Sadri but details of the funeral arrangements will be shared once confirmed.
