He was the son of Late Prabhulal Ramji Jivraj Haria and Late Jayaben Prabhulal Haria
He was the son-in-law of Late Premchand Khimchand Dodhia (Babubhai) and Late Motiben Premchand Dodhia.
He was husband to Pratibha Madhukant Haria
He was brother and brother-in-law of Pushpendra Prabhulal Haria and Ila Pushpendra Haria.
He was beloved father and father in law of Sarvesh and Hetal, Roshni and Amar, Rahul and Bhavini.
He was beloved Dada to Aanya Sarvesh Shah
He was beloved uncle of Mitra Pushpendra Haria
He was nephew of late Amratben Dahylal(UK), late Premchand(Nairobi), late Harishchandra(Mombasa), late Vijyaben Somchand(Eldoret), late Sureshchandra (UK), , , late Hansaben Amritlal (UK) and Jayantilal Ramji Jivraj Haria (UK)
He was cousin to Meena, Jitu and Paresh, Kumud, Vasanti, Nisha, Deepak, Bharat, Pragna, Nita, Naina, Nishma, Jyoti, Satish, Raj, Alka, Ajay, Shila, Nitin, Kiran.
He was cousin to the Late Sudhir, Late Rohit, Late Vinod, Late Pratibha, Late Pravin, Late Nilesh, Late Manglesh.
He was brother in law of Bhanu & Ramnik (Mombasa), Indu & Sobhag (Eldoret), Kanchan & Amu (London), Hansa & Navin (London), Rasila & Pratul (London) and Sandip & Neelam (London).

Funeral has taken place on 27th August 2021, in Nairobi.
