He was Father of Dipak Nemchand (Dass of Laneeb Plastic Industries – Nairobi), Beena Vipin Shah (Luton, UK), and Kalpna Shamir Shah (Kalu – Dallas, USA).
He was Father-in-law of Rita Dipak Shah, Vipin Mulji (UK) and Shamir Chandulal (USA).
He was Grandfather of Sajan & Kushna Dipak, Nikhil & Uttama Vipin, Maya Shamir, Chandni & Bhavik and Beenal.
He was Brother of Late Keshavlal (Kashah Agencies – Nairobi), Late Chimanlal (London, UK), Jayendra (Jayu – Kento Wholesalers, Nairobi), Lalitaben Mansukhlal (London, UK), Savitaben Ratilal (Nairobi), Late Dayaben Ratilal (UK), Hansaben Ramesh (Nairobi), and Kokilaben Amritlal (Nairobi).
He was Brother-in-law of Rambhaben Keshavlal (Nairobi), Kanchanben Chimanlal (London, UK), and Anna Jayendra (Nairobi).
He was Brother-in-law of Late Maniben and Late Zaverchand Lalji, Late Lalitaben and Late Somchand Lalji, Late Kasturben and Late Shantilal Lalji, Late Lilawantiben and Late Bhagwanji Lalji, Shantaben and Late Chandulal Lalji (Nairobi), Ramesh Lalji (UK), Narabdaben and Zaverchand Lakhamshi (UK), Dhanlaxmiben (Gauriben) and Late Amritlal Keshavji.
