Late Ramniklal Khimji Devji Shah
28th August 1941 – 21st September 2025
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ramniklal Khimji Devji Shah (RKD)
of Stoneleigh, Epsom, Surrey on 21st September 2025.
He was born in Mombasa, Kenya where he had a happy childhood. He qualified as a lawyer in 1963 in Nairobi and became a UK solicitor in 1975. He married in 1965 and lived in Nairobi, Kenya until 1974 when he immigrated to the UK with his wife and son.
He was the husband of Kanchan Shah
He was father to late Deepak Shah.
He was the son of Late Khimji Devji Shah (Mombasa) and Late Paniben Khimji Shah (Gaam – Khirasra)
He was brother to Late Maniben Dharamshi Gudka, Late Hemkuvarben Ramji Meghji Gudka,
Late Jayantilal and Chandanben, Late Ansuyaben Premchand, Late Chimanlal and Late Minaxi, Champaben Kantilal.
He was brother-in-law to Late Maniben Jivraj, Late Amritlal and Late Chandramani,
Late Rambhi Fulchand, Late Savita Raichand, Rasik and Melinda, Dinu Prabhulal,
Late Chandu and Hansa, Mahendra and Betty, Vipul and Tilu.
He was uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews and a great friend to many.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
