Late Rupabai Lalji Virji Shah (Haria)
18th June 1929 – 1st August 2024
It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, at the age of 95. She was born in the village of Gaunj, India. After marriage, she moved to Thika, Kenya. In 1970, she returned to India and eventually settled in the UK, where she lived for the rest of her life.
Ba was a pillar of strength and love in our family, and her wisdom and kindness touched everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Prathna Sabha will be held on Monday 5th August between 20:00 and 22:00 at
Beddington Conference Centre, Brandon House, Marlowe Way, Croydon, CR0 4XS.
We invite friends and family to join us in remembering her remarkable life.
Funeral will be held on Saturday 10th August @ 11:00
at Croydon Crematorium, Mitcham Road, London, CR9 3AT.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
