Late Shantaben Maganlal Nagji Shah
It is with deep sadness that we announce that Shantaben Maganlal Shah passed away peacefully on Sunday 21 January 2024 in Barnet, London.
Shantaben was born in Thika, Kenya on 3 March 1929, then lived in Nairobi after marriage and eventually settled in London in 1973.
Shantaben was:
Daughter of Late Kachrabhai and Late Jiviben Dodhia.
Wife of Late Maganlal Nagji Shah.
Daughter-in-law of Late Nagjibhai Vrajpal and Late Gangaben.
Sister to Late Ratilal (Late Amrat), Late Shobaghchand (Late Jaya), Late Pravin (Pushpa), Late Manugauri (Late Gulabchand) and Chandanbala (Jayanti).
Sister-in-law to Late Harakhchand (Late Savita), Late Manu (Late Amratlal), Late Ratilal (Late Manjula), Late Jayantilal (Suryakala) and Late Hemlata (Late Amratlal).
Mother of Kaushik (Illa), Shaila (Narendra (Nayan)) and Leena (Youssuf).
Grandmother to Sarju, Sanam, Sapna, Sarena and Shaunil.
Great grandmother to Amiya, Eesha, Anya, Kaiyan and Sami.
Aunt to many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.
The Funeral will be held at 10:00am on Saturday 27th January 2024 at:
