Late Shardaben(Shanta)Amritlal Shah
(1932 – 2025)
It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Shardaben (Shanta) Amritlal Shah (London, formerly from Mombasa) (Gaam – Padana) on Wednesday, 5th November 2025 in London, UK.
She was born in Khara Beraja (India) in 1932 and moved to Kenya (Mombasa) and later to London in 2001 where she’s settled since.
She was daughter of Late Valiben Meghji Chandaria and Late Meghji Kanji Chandaria (India).
She was daughter-in-law of Late Dharamshi Kachra Gada and Late Monghiben Dharamshi Kachra (Mombasa).
She was Wife of Late Amritlal Dharamshi Kachra Gada (Mombasa).
She was beloved Mother of Renuka Chandrakant Shah (London) and Mother-in-Law of Chandrakant Bharmal Narshi Malde (Shah).
She was Grandmother of Sunay Chandrakant Shah.
She was Sister of Late Amritben Velji Savla (India), Late Gangaben Premchand Dodhia (Nairobi), Late Kankuben Ramji Jakharia (India), Hiraben Meghji Nagaria (India), Late Ratilal Meghji Chandaria (Late Champaben) (India), Late Kapurchand Meghji Chandaria (Late Vanitaben) (India) and Late Mulchand Meghji Chandaria (Kalavantiben) (Nairobi).
She was Sister-in-law of Late Mohanlal (Late Shantaben), Late Shantaben Virchand Malde, Late Harilal (Late Kantaben), Late Vrajlal (Late Chandramani), Late Mansukhlal (Sitaben), Late Rasiklal(Late Suryaben), Late Sushila Jayantilal Shah and Late Ramesh Dharamshi Kachra.
She was aunt to many nephews and nieces across Kenya, India and UK.
