In loving memory of Late Somchand Bhagwanji Hansraj Shah
20th October 1930 – 16th December 2022
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Somchand Bhagwanji Hansraj Shah (Gudka) of Kenton (and previously Nairobi) after a short period of illness.
Born in Forthall, Kenya, he was the son of Late Gangaben and Late Bhagwanji Hansraj.
Loving husband of Muktaben for over 70 years.
Inspiring father to Naresh and Anuj, and father-in-law to Shweta and Swati.
Doting grandfather to Vishali (Dipan), Sita (Deeptesh), Vikash (Maya), Veer (Sairah) and Asha and great grandfather to Aarya, Amelia, Sona, Rena and Nerea.
Brother of Chunilal Bhagwanji (Taraben) and Bapuji to Trupti (Rajesh), Mala (Divyesh) and Dipesh (Dharmina) and great uncle to Janki, Mihir, Dilan, Darsh and Siya.
Brother to Lalitaben (Gulabchand Zaverchand) and Mama to Sunanda, Late Nalini (Late Ashok), Illa (Dinesh) and Nilam (Bimal).
Son-in-law of Late Puriben and Late Padamshi Bharmal Shah (Sumaria)
Brother-in law to Mohanlal (Late Nirmalaben), Jayantilal (Pushpaben), Sudhaben (Prabhulal), Zaverchand (Shardaben), Ramniklal (Late Madhuben), Shobhna (Rasiklal) and Atulkumar (Kokilaben).
Prathna Sabha will be held at:

on Sunday 18th December 2022 between 2.00pm and 4.30pm.
