Late Sumatiben Kanti Shah
It is with much sadness that our beloved mother & grandmother, Sumatiben Kanti Shah, passed away peacefully on the morning of 19th May 2022.
She was an inspirational woman, known as Bhabhi to the family, who lived her life to the fullest and gave great joy to those around her. Like many of her generation, strong, intelligent women who were unstoppable, lived life to the full and ensured their children had every opportunity possible.
She served as Chair Person for the Oshwal NW Area Committee in the 1976/77 and was an avid traveller, famously driving with her siblings from the UK to India. She served the community practising alternative therapies for many years.
She was aged 87, born on 30th December 1935 in Nairobi, Kenya and moved to Kampala, Uganda with her husband, the late Kantibhai Jivraj Raimal Shah in 1965, before settling in London, UK in 1972.
Daughter of Late Chunilal Bharmal Shah and Manghaben Chunilal Shah.
Daughter-in-law of Late Jivraj Raimal Shah and Late Jasodaben Jivraj Shah.
Devoted and caring wife to Late Kantilal Jivraj Raimal Shah.
Loving mother and mother-in-law to Jagdeep and Priti Shah & Deepti Shah Armon. and Ariel Armon
Loving grandmother to Aushir Shah, Ravina Shah Tanna, Ishira Shah, Maya Armon, & Amit Armon.
Loving sister and sister-in-law to Late Gulabbhai and Late Manuben Shah, Late Ratilalbhai and Kasturben Shah, Late Babubhai and Late Radiatben Shah, Late Tarachandbhai and Fulwantiben Shah, Late Rameshbhai and Late Suryaben Shah, Late Shantibhai and Pritiben Shah, Hansaben and Late Jayantilal Shah, Sudhaben and Late Pareshbhai Shah, Anjuben and Vasantbhai Shah, Damyantiben and Pravinbhai Shah, Pannaben and Late Pareshbhai Shah.
PRATHNA SABHA: will be held on Friday 20th May at the Kadwa Patidar Centre, Kenmore Ave, Harrow, HA3 8LU
