It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother Sushila Shah, who left us peacefully on Wednesday 15th July 2026, in Harrow, London.

She was the dedicated wife of Late Nandlal Kanji Nathoo Gudka.

She was a devoted mother to Nayna, Bhavni, Anita (Tinu) and Srujan and proud mother-in-law to Kamlesh and Sanjay.

She was an affectionate and doting Nani to Shilun (Nishal), Suraj, Reeya (Kieran) Serena & Aaryan.

She was a Great Dadi to Aavya.

She was the treasured daughter of Late Maniben and Late Bhimji Ghela Sumeria.

She was the daughter in law of Late Paniben and Late Kanji Nathoo Gudka.

She was a cherished sister and sister-in-law to:Late Vinodraibhai (Babu) & Suryakaraben, Vimlaben & Kheshubhai, Indiraben & Rameshbhai, Late Surendrabhai (Batuk) & Champaben, Late Ranjanben & Amritlal(Veni), Late Kusumben & Dhirubhai. Late Dayalal & Late Motiben, Late Amratlal (Babubhai) & Late Pushpaben, Late Virchand (Bachubhai) & Late Kanchaben, Late Kasturben & Late Mujlibhai, Late Indumati & Late Mansukhlal, Rameshbhai & Late Arunaben.

She had deep and enduring bonds with numerous nephews, nieces, wider family and friends.

We are grateful to family, friends and the wider community for their love and support during this period.

She was the heart of our family – a woman of unwavering love, strength, and kindness who always put others before herself. Her home was filled with warmth, laughter, and a lovingly prepared meal for everyone who walked through the door. A devoted mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, and aunt, she was the heart of our family, and her love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.
