It is with deep regret and sorrow, that we announce the death of Mr Velji Vaja Kanji Haria, born in Rasangpur, India, lived in Jamnagar, Mumbai, Eldoret, Nairobi and for the last 44 years settled in London, on Tuesday, 16th January 2024.
Beloved Son of Late Muriben and Vajabhai Kanji Meghan Dhara Ugam Haria.
Devoted husband to Nimuben (Nirmala), who is daughter of Late Jamnaben and Late Kanji Gangji Shah (Nagaria).
Loving Father of Deepak and Bansri.
Loving Father-in-law of Bina (d/o Kumuben and Kantilal Dharamshi Gudka) and Shankul (s/o Late Amritaben and Late Ratilal Kachra Shah).
. Adored Grandfather of Mikhil, Neeva, Tia and Kheya.
Brother (Brother-in-law) of Late Juthalal (Late Amritben) of Mumbai, Late Narshi (Late Radiatben) of Mumbai, Rambhaben (Nanji) of London, Late Premchand (Hansaben) of Jamnagar, Kasturben (Late Ratilal) of Jamnagar, Late Motiben (Amritlal) of Jamnagar.
Brother-in-law of Late Sobhag (Manchhaben), Vinay (Shantaben), Amritlal “Amu” (Late Kanchanben), Bhanuben (Ramesh) and Bhartiben (Mahendra), all of London..
A truly great “Masterji” (Teacher) of Mathematics to many students in Eldoret and Nairobi. May your imparted knowledge equip them to greater heights.
A lover of cricket, devoted to community service, adjusted to living on three continents, and has nurtured a great legacy which will cherish his memories for decades to come.
