LIVE MASALA DOSA/IDLI/UPPAMA/SAMBHAR AND BINGO NIGHT – Saturday 16th March
The above Southern Indian delicacies were prepared and served fresh by a local South Indian restaurant, the Masala Dosa were crispy and made to order, the sambhar was perfect and the chutneys to die for.
For once we had outside caterers in to feed our members and tickets were sold out by the deadline.
Bingo master Urvashiben and her team of young members (Nayan aged 6, Suraj and Vishal), started the Bingo by explaining the rules of the game, the prizes were all donated by members as well as Sangeeta Restaurant (our local caterers for the night).
As the BINGO was shouted many times and all prizes claimed in record time. Thereafter, tea and biscuits were served to round off the evening.
