Musical Melodies, Bhadali Bhajias and more at July’s EMM.
On 9 July 2016, we had a well-turned out EMM event with 173 guests.
On our programmme, we had a Yoga session, conducted by Kiluben. Following this, the guests enjoyed a scrumptious lunch, donated by Pankaj Nathalal Shah. The highlight of the menu was the mouth-watering Bhadali Bhajias. We are grateful to Pankajbhai for his kind donation.
After lunch, we were entertained by the band, Musical Melodies with Uma and Sailesh Poojara, accompanied by Gurdeep Chana. They performed a variety of melodious tunes, both old and new.
A special thanks goes to Amritlal Punja, who invited residents from Birchwood Nursing Home. 15 residents and 4 carers came and thoroughly enjoyed the programme and lunch.
Last but not least, we would like to thank all our 20 volunteers who worked very hard to deliver this fantastic event.
