| Personal Bio | Experienced Principal Technical Account Manager & Change Manager with a 25-year history of working in the Health and Life Science industry. While I have been a Tech graduate with an MBA, I have always worked in the health Sciences sector for my entire post-academic life. During my career span, I have managed engagements with some of the world’s largest Pharmaceutical companies, Research organizations, and Regulatory bodies. I have a diverse and global team spanning the entire globe from Japan in the Far-east to San Francisco in the west. Since 2010, I have been involved in the Oshwal Association of the UK at the Area level, as a Trustee and also as a Board of Advisor. |
| Vision for Oshwal | The Oshwal Community in the UK has come a long way from its inception in the 1960s. The struggles of survival brought us together then, but today, dis-engagement from our younger generations is returning us to the same struggle for survival. As part of the leadership team in our community, I would like to engage with the younger generations, draw on their aspirations, and bring them into the community to take up leadership roles. Having a young leadership team allows us to focus on new ideas and increases the community’s longevity. In addition, I believe in rewarding our elders who have sacrificed the most to ensure that our generation has the best platform to succeed. A community’s true value will never be its bank balance or its fixed assets. Its true value will only be realized when there is engagement by all its members and the member base is growing. |
