North East – Chair Yoga

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice of wellbeing. Today the scientists and doctors all have realised the enormous benefits of regular yoga practice. Yoga promotes good health, flexibility and helps with management of stress.

Come and join our Chair Yoga session.

The session is an hour and 30mins and attendees will learn the benefits of practicing asanas (postures) , different Pranayams and how to relax in today’s stressful life.

When: Wednesday every week from 10.30am to 12noon

Where: Oshwal House., Potter Bar, EN6 4DG

Rate:
Members – £4 per session
Non-member – £6 per session

Disclaimer: Anyone with any health issues should consult their doctors before registering for the yoga classes.

Getting there: : We are also encouraging members who attend regularly to offer others a lift and share cars.
