The members of OSHWAL ASSOCIATION OF THE UK are hereby given NOTICE for the Annual General Meeting of the Oshwal Association of the U.K. – West Area shall take place on Sunday 19th April 2026 at 2:00pm at Oshwal Shakti Centre, Inwood Road, Hounslow TW3 1UX.

- Prayers followed by a minute silence and welcome by the Chairperson.
- Apologies for absence.
- Approval of minutes for West Area AGM held on Sunday 5th July 2025. (Minutes attached to this report).
- Approval of minutes for West Area SGM held on Sunday 4th January 2026. (Minutes attached to this report).
- Treasurer’s Report and presentation of the Profit and Loss Statement for the year ending 31st December 2025.
- Address and Report by the Chairperson.
- Address by the OAUK President or EC Trustee.
- Any Other Business.
- Appointment of two Returning Officers to facilitate the Election of the New Committee (eligibility requirements can be requested from West Area Secretary).
- Election of New Committee for the Term 2026/2028.
- Address by the new Chairperson.
- Tea and Bisuits
Please bring your OAUK membership card with you for identification. The Committee reserves the right to withhold admittance to anyone who is unable to provide adequate proof of his or her membership.
