Dear Oshwal Members,
Please take note that the Annual General Meeting of the Oshwal Association of the U.K. West Area will reconvene on Sunday 21st Jun 2026 at 2:00pm to 5.00pm at Oshwal Shakti Centre, Inwood Road, Hounslow TW3 1UX.

The meeting is being reconvened to facilitate the election of a New Committee, as one was not elected at the Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 19th April 2026 at 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
The agenda for the reconvened meeting is as follows:
- Prayers followed by a minute silence and welcome by the caretaker Chairperson.
- Apologies for absence.
- Approval of minutes for West Area AGM held on Sunday 19th April 2026.
- Address by the caretaker Chairperson.
- Appointment of two Returning Officers to facilitate the Election of the New Committee.
- Election of New Committee for the Term 2026-2028.
- Address by the new Chairperson.
