Panch Tith Yatra

South Area – Panch Tith Yatra

Sunday, 20 September 2026

Jai Jinendra and Pranam

On Sunday, 20 September 2026, the Oshwal Association of the UK – South Area organised a Panch Tith Yatra, during which we visited five Derasars.

A total of 22 members took part in the Yatra, including our youngest participant, who was under 10 years old. It was a wonderful day of devotion, fellowship, and enjoyment, with everyone participating enthusiastically throughout the journey.

The Five Derasars We Visited

  1. Oshwal Wallington
  2. Oshwal Ekta Centre
  3. Kenton Road Derasar
  4. Colindale Derasar
  5. Oshwal Centre, Potters Bar

At each Derasar, we had the opportunity to perform Pooja, Chaityavandan, Aarti and Mangal Divo.

Sangh Pati

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the following Sangh Patis for their generosity and support:

  • Oshwal Ekta Centre: Veljibhai and Pushpaben, Chunibhai and Narbadaben
  • Kenton Road Derasar: Nemubhai and Rashmiben, Amritlalbhai and Vimlaben
  • Colindale Derasar: Jayantibhai and Premilaben, Arunbhai and Bhartiben
  • Oshwal Centre, Potters Bar: Kaushikbhai and Poonamben, Ravibhai and Kiyaan

At Colindale Derasar, following Chaityavandan, Aarti and Mangal Divo, we were kindly provided with light refreshments.

At Oshwal Centre, Potters Bar, we enjoyed a wonderful Swamivatsalya bhojan

A Day Full of Enjoyment

The Yatra was not only a spiritual journey but also a wonderful opportunity for everyone to spend time together. There was plenty of entertainment and enjoyment both on the coach and at the Derasars, creating a happy and memorable atmosphere throughout the day.

Our Thanks

I would like to express my sincere thanks to:

  • The Oshwal South Area Committee for organising this wonderful Yatra.
  • Nishitbhai & Ravibhai for their support and contribution
  • All the volunteers at each of the Derasars we visited for looking after us so warmly and making our visits so enjoyable.
  • Everyone who participated and helped to make the day such a memorable occasion.

Looking Ahead

My sincere request to those who were unable to attend this time is to please join us on the next Yatra.

The response and enthusiasm from those who attended were so encouraging that, for our next Yatra, we would like to encourage many more members to participate.

Some of the comments received from those who joined us included:

  • “Excellent event and organised very well.”
  • “This Yatra should be organised on a regular basis.”
  • “We need more people to join the Yatra.”

If you were fortunate enough to join us on this Yatra, I would encourage you to invite and encourage your family and friends to participate in the next one. With everyone’s support, we can make the next Panch Tith Yatra even bigger and more enjoyable.

Once again, thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the day.

If I have missed anything, then Michhammi Dukkadam to all.
