West Area were honoured to have Jayeshbhai return on the auspicious day of Mahavir Jayanti with various members of the EC including our President Tusharbhai. West area were also honoured to have attend our centre Colin from Hounslow Food Box and Mukesh from Hounslow Council.
Jayeshbhai took our respected West Area members through Pratikaman and in the evening gave our members the understanding of why we celebrate Mahavir Jayanti during Paryushan as Bhagwan’s birthday is Chaitra Sud Teras. Jayeshbhai also explained the essence of the Kalpa Sutra.
Our honourable guests were then delighted with the performances and plays, Colin address our members with a note of thanks for the generous donations to Hounslow Food Box. Mukesh from Hounslow Council then went to address that Shakti Centre has always had a valuable presence in the area and also stated that he is looking forward to the extension of the centre.
