Re-Active8 -Table Tennis and Polybat Application Form (Sep 24–Jul 25)
Date: Every Tuesday / Wednesday evenings and Sunday Mornings
Time: Weekdays – 8pm to 11pm / Sundays – 10am to 12pm

- Table Tennis / Polybat is open to Oshwals and Non-Oshwals;
- Table Tennis / Polybat is open to all age categories for practise / play in league matches;
- Coaching is available (chargeable separately) from a professional coach for Table Tennis Club Members only;
- Polybat participants must be accompanied by a parent/carer.
- A parent/carer must be present for the under 12s during Sunday coaching sessions;
- All Table Tennis members of the club are requested to arrive in advance of the stipulated time or by latest 8.30pm. After that time doors will be locked. Anyone coming in after 8.30pm will have to ring the bell to allow entry – this helps manage security and does not cause any disruptions to other players;
- All Table Tennis members present on the day are requested to help set up and clear up;
- All Table Tennis members are expected to wear suitable footwear and clothing;
- All members of the club are requested to park on the road when there is another event taking place at Ekta, unless you are disabled and hold a blue badge, in that case will do our best to allocate a space;
- Alcohol, Drugs or Non Vegetarian food are NOT allowed on any OAUK premises and anybody deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave;
- Additional terms & conditions may be added if deemed necessary during the term and sent out to the members;
- Whilst every effort is made to avoid it, there may be occasions when sessions may be cancelled. No refunds will be available for any sessions cancelled.
