Ingredients
- 1 Cup Rolled Porridge Oats
- ½ Cup Chopped Almonds
- ½ Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup unsweetened Soya milk 2 Apples – Grated
- 1 Pint Soya Yoghurt (Vanilla flavoured Yoghurt optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
- ½ Cup Chopped Dates
- Small bowl of diced seasonal fruits for garnishing.
Dry Roast the oats and almonds for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix porridge, almonds, raisins, dates, chia seeds and milk and leave it overnight to soak. The next morning, add in the grated apples and yoghurt. Decorate with any fruit and serve cold.
Note: You can add a pinch of cinnamon powder, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or any other chopped nuts to it too for an alternative flavour.
