| Personal Bio | Jai Jinendra ! For many who know me, I am more popularly known as Your XLNC. I am proud to be born and to grow up and spend my formative years in Kenya. I work as a Senior Operations Manager in a Housing Association and my team manages and supports some of the most vulnerable adults and children many of whom, have a diaspora of physical and mental health issues. I am a supported housing specialist involved in commissioning schemes for young people leaving care, modern slavery and domestic violence safehouses, specialist care homes and homes for people with high mental health needs. It is my passion to help those who are less fortunate and I am a strong champion of Mental Health well-being and helping those who find themselves alone and isolated in society. In my spare time,I volunteer at the NW Area Youth Club every Friday. I am also a Governer at Park High School and in the development committee at Forest United FC, a grass-roots Sunday football club based in Kenton. I have a lovely and supportive wife called Jalpa who is from Mombasa and we have two boys Ariyan and Rohan. |

It is our youth and parents who are the future of our Community and we want to bring them all together to rekindle the community and bring the spirit of belonging to the Oshwal Community back in every Oshwal heart. |
