Saturday 26th May 2018 (St. Johns Church)
This regular monthly event for East Area was well attended including many guests from overseas and other London areas.
As always Navkar Mantra was recited to start, the programme.A tasty Dal prepared by Lata was served with hot Roti and salad. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. A dessert of fruit salad with ice cream prepared by Kanchanben was served. The dinner ended with tea and biscuits.
As there was not enough participants for the whist drive open card games was played. Some played Bukhar and others played Chokri.
The guests were form Kenya, India and Surrey and all talked about their experiences and ways of life abroad. They were so happy to attend this evening and see what we are doing.
