Yoga Classes (Every Tuesday)

Time: Every Tuesday, 20:00 to 21:00

Details: Yoga is an ancient form of exercise which focuses on mind, body and soul. It also focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. This is open to all ages and please come and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.

DATES: Last Saturday of each Month

  • Saturday 6 April will be 46th AGM with the free meal. Please attend this special meeting.

  • We can have an Xmas Party with New Year’s Celebration – suggestions welcome

Thursday Club

Details: Thursday club is formed to get our elders out and have few hours to meet others and mingle with others. There are activities they can do which will help them towards a healthy lifestyle. We have a Satsang at the end of the month, playing card games and board games, exercises, talks, and a lot of other activities are done at the club. There is a light refreshment provided and sometimes a full meal is provided. Please come and attend this club and take advantage of the activities done at the club.
